Inspiration for these delicious little Orange butterfly cakes came from an original 100-year-old NZ cook book. They remind me of the little orange cup cakes that my mother used to make when I was a child.
The shoot was for 'Backyard Abundance', to use home grown fruit in recipes – this was styled
in my own back yard with

2013-14, I learnt to take 'basic' food photos while at MFB, inspiration for this recipe came from my days of travelling through the Greek Islands and living on the island of Crete.
