Tracey’s career so far has spanned 35 years. Her passion for food has taken her, as a chef, around the world and back.
Over the past 21 years Tracey has balanced family life with creating recipes and writing food feature stories for many well-known magazines. Cooking, baking and preserving seasonal food is not only a necessity, but it is also her hobby and one of life’s passions. Tracey loves the nourishment and sustainment that we receive from seasonal and heritage fruits and vegetables. She continues to collect seasonal fruit, make fruit pastes and loves experimenting with different breads and sourdough. |
